PROFILE: Established in 2004, tech veteran Maynard Webb and his wife Irene founded the Webb Family Foundation, which provides underprivileged, motivated young individuals access to quality education and supports individuals who are struggling against the odds to make a positive impact on the world through innovation and hard work. The couple notes that neither of them grew up privileged, but through education both went on to success at IBM and beyond. The Webb Family Foundation have supported a variety of organizations, but over time has honed its purpose. Current grantmaking focus areas are children and youth.
