BACKGROUND:  Victor F. Sellier graduated from Georgetown University, and holds an MBA in international business from American University. He worked for Engineering Research Associates. From 1995 until 1999, he was vice president and assistant general manager of the Falls Church division of Raytheon E-Systems. Sellier went on to cofound Argon Engineering, now Argon ST, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boeing.

ISSUES:

EDUCATION & YOUTH: Sellier sat on the board of The Catholic University of America, which he supports. Other grantees include The Bolles School, The Heights School (where one of his sons teaches), and Georgetown Visitation School. 

HEALTH: Grantees include Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation.

RELIGIOUS: The family earmarks funds for religious organizations. Support has gone to Diocese of Arlington, Scriptures in Use, and St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
