Arrington Mixon is a senior program officer and advisory board member of The Leon Levine Foundation. She is also the portfolio manager of L&L Management, the Levine family office. Arrington worked for Bank of America from 1982 through 2009, in a variety of roles including corporate banking, global markets and risk management. She is currently on the boards of EverBank Financial and Christ Church Foundation and previously served on the boards of the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte and the Women’s Impact Fund. Arrington is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She and her husband, Burch, have two adult children.

Ms. Arrington H. Mixon served as Global Head of Credit Syndicate of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited until February 2005. Ms. Mixon served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Credit Risk Management for Bank of America Corporation. She served as the Head of International Debt for Bank of America Corp. and served as its Global Head of Credit Syndicate. She worked for Bank of America Corp. since 1982 and held a number of roles in loan syndications and leveraged finance, managed risk positions in the syndicate business and be tasked with driving creative client solutions based on market conditions. She has been a Director of EverBank Financial Corp. since July 26, 2013. She served as a Member of Investment Committee of Conversus Capital, LP.

She and her husband, Burch Mixon, have opened their private home garden up for tours. Burch Mixon has been self-employed as a garden designer that works with residential clients.
