As CEO, I will be responsible for overall organizational strategy and growth. My key focus will be centered on membership retention & acquisition, program development, new revenue sources and building critical public and private partnerships.
Our member base is made up of incredibly passionate, motivated and talented people who want to play a more active role in making the world a better place. What we do goes beyond simply writing a check, attending a fundraiser or volunteering for a day. Our members come together to think, learn and work hand-in-hand to affect change where it matters most.
Throughout my career, I have been able to work for dynamic and forward thinking organizations across the country. This experience has allowed me to develop programs, raise funds and build campaigns to support underserved populations locally, nationally and globally. Throughout his career, Jay has always committed his time to mission driven organizations dedicated to making positive change in underserved communities. Prior to joining Full Circle Fund, Jay was the Senior Vice President at buildOn, an international nonprofit working to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy. In addition to overseeing buildOn’s fundraising goals, Jay managed the West Coast Office as well as the national operations team. As an innovative social sector thought leader, Jay has a long track record of programmatic impact and building innovative corporate philanthropy models to scale that ensure sustainable funding. Jay and his wife Chelsea live in Berkeley with their two year old son Cole and ten year old dog Coosa.
