PROFILE: Jesse Graytock holds the title of grants manager for the NEA Foundation. He oversees the foundation's Learning and Leadership and Student Achievment grants; both programs award development opportunities to teachers, education support staff, and other educational professionals working in public K-12 schools and public colleges and universities.
His bio on the foundation's website also says that Graytock "has coordinated various national education grant programs and has more than four years of experience in the field of grants management." He is a graduate of Bucknell University.
In an NEA website feature, Graytock chimes in with what he's looking for from the hundreds of grants he reviews each year. "Writing a grant is like riding a bike. Once you learn how, you’ll never forget," he assures us.
