Justin Fletcher brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management and development to his role as Vice President, Programs and Development for Endeavor Foundation. He directs Endeavor's grantmaking, asset development and other program related activities.
A native of Fayetteville, Justin graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama. He lived for nearly two decades in Chicago, IL, where he was artistic director for both City of Chicago and off-Loop theater companies. He also spent many years working in program and asset development for After School Matters, Chicago's premier organization for out-of-school time programming for high school teens in underserved communities.
Justin lives in Fayetteville with his wife and children. He is excited to give back to the region that has given so much to him.
