PROFILE: Before Kristi Poling became the Barra Foundation’s program officer in 2012, she worked as an attorney at Dilworth Paxson LLP in the field of public finance and health care.

Kristi joined The Barra Foundation in July 2012. Prior to coming to the Foundation, she was an attorney practicing in the areas of Public Finance and Redevelopment. Her previous nonprofit experience includes working with Philagrafika, the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, the Camden Redevelopment Agency and The Pew Charitable Trusts. She received her undergraduate degree from Temple University and her law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. She is a past recipient of the Eagleton Institute of Politics’ Governor’s Executive Fellowship. She has served on the Boards of The Print Center and Spiral Q Puppet Theater and The Wistar Institute’s Leadership Council.
