PROFILE: Meena Malik is the program coordinator for the New England Foundation for the Arts' National Theater Project. At the time of her hiring in January 2014, the organization's press release shared:

Before joining NEFA, Meena managed all aspects of the 35-member Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra of Boston, including operations, fundraising, and general management.  Earlier, she directed the administration and education program for the MetroWest Opera, and worked in administration for the New England Conservatory’s Preparatory and Continuing Education. She is a founding member of the Voci Angelica Trio, which performs international folk music with the mission of spreading cultural understanding.

A resident of Jamaica Plain, Meena received a Bachelor of Music from the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA, in 2003, and an MM in Vocal Performance in from the New England Conservatory in 2005, and finally a MS in Arts Administration from Boston University in 2012. “Meena’s wealth of experience as a performer and as an arts administrator in a nonprofit setting makes her a great fit for NEFA,” said National Theater Project program manager Quita Sullivan. “We are thrilled to welcome her.”  - See more at: http://www.nefa.org/news/nefa_appoints_new_coordinator_national_theater_project#sthash.arIS9hee.dpuf
