As Corporate Administrator for The Michaels Organization, duties include processing and maintaining legal documents for over 250 partnerships; handling HUD forms/questionnaires, facilitating bond/loan/real estate closings and working closely with attorneys in setting up partnership entities. Susan maintains and is responsible for coordinating all partnership, owning entities and officers/partners in the HUD 2530 APPS system, as well as (Systems Award Management), the DLA (Defense Logistics Assn.) and DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) websites.

Ms. Langley joined the Michaels Development Company in 1982 as Admin. Assistant to Founder and CEO Michael J. Levitt. In that role, Susan was a key player in the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals to various housing agencies and HUD field offices for affordable housing developments. Additionally, she provided administrative support to the construction department, development staff and executive team.

Susan is a member of The Michaels Organization Employee Scholarship Program committee and is also involved in the annual golf outing which raises money to provide scholarship assistance to qualified residents of TMO managed properties (through affiliated management companies).
