PROFILE: Tracey Tafoya has been the manager of shared value and community affairs at the Tesoro Foundation since November 2015. I have ten+ years of corporate affairs experience with Fortune 100 and 200 companies leading and improving strategic programs, operations and communications with a focus on reputation management and building trust within communities and employees.
Professionally, I enjoy toggling between strategy and execution mode. I have proven aptitude in both reading and understanding people and processes.
