BACKGROUND: Edward John Rosenwald Jr. graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A., M.B.A., and L.L.D. He joined Bear Stearns in 1953, eventually becoming vice chairman. Rosenwald is a vice chairman emeritus of J.P. Morgan. 

ISSUES:

COMMUNITY: Rosenwald and Patricia, via their foundation, have given strong support to UJA Federation via their foundation.
