PROFILE: Established in 2002, the Healy Foundation is a family foundation based in Taos, New Mexico. Edmund Healy is the family member who runs the foundation and who serves as its president. The Wilmington Trust Company serves as an advisor for the foundation. The founders, Ed and Trudy Healy, are art collectors. Ed Healy was a CPA and instructor at the Pentagon and University of Maryland. His great-grandfather founded Utah Construction. Trudy Healy opened an art gallery in Taos and represented many artists. The foundation funds local efforts for education, the environment, arts and culture and human services.
