BACKGROUND: Mark S. Fife graduated with a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. He was a vice president of Goldman Sachs, cofounded EnTrust Capital in 1997, and went on to found MSF Capital.

EDUCATION & YOUTH: The Fifes steadily support their mutual alma mater, UPenn. Fife is vice chair of the Penn Graduate School of Education (GSE) board of overseers. ARTS & CULTURE: Lori is on the board of Manhattan Theater Club, which the couple has supported. Other grantees include The Met and New York Historical Society.
