For the second year, the Learning by Giving Foundation, run by Warren Buffett's sister Doris, is holding Giving with Purpose, a free online course in effective philanthropy. As part of the course, participants will be able to nominate charities to receive grants, and help give away more than $100,000 of the Buffetts' money.
