Hasse Family Foundation

OVERVIEW: Glenn and Kay Hasse launched the Hasse Family Foundation. Historically, the family has focused on Florida.

IP TAKE: This hyper-local funder gives very few grants a year, perhaps 2 to 6 in recent years. Grants tend to occur for general operating support. While this is neither a transparent nor accessible funder, it does accept contact at the phone number provided below. Funding used to also invest in Minnesota, where Glenna grew up, but in recent years, the foundation has just focused largely on Florida. Larger organizations tend to win support here as this is not a grassroots funder. This is a newer funder so time will tell if it ramps up giving to match its assets. It accepts contact at the number provided below.
