Grants for Women and Girls

This women’s fund gives grants to many different types of nonprofits, just as long as those nonprofits’ programs benefit women or girls. The amount of grants funds varies from year to year depending on how many contributions are made and the endowment performance. The fund expects grantees to use its grants for programs that commence within the award year. The women philanthropists here have prioritized capacity-building and nonprofit operating efforts. Past grantees include Syracuse Habitat for Humanity, Calvary Food Pantry, North Side Learning Center, CNY Arts, and the Auburn Public Theater.
