PROFILE: Established in 1924, the Troy Foundation is a community foundation based in Troy, Ohio. The foundation began with Augustus G. Stouder, the president of the Hobart Electric Manufacturing Company, and his friend John K. DeFrees with the First National Bank & Trust Company. The foundation has grown from its original bequest of $151,640 to assets exceeding $100 million.
