OVERVIEW: Daniel Neiditch does not yet appear to have a formal family foundation, but has supported his local New York City community, particularly in the realm of education and youth. He focuses on empowering underprivileged youth, providing access to education and health.

BACKGROUND: Daniel Neiditch graduated from Boston University in 1999 and 2001. He serves as president of River 2 River Realty, and is likely best known for Atelier Condo, a luxury condo in Manhattan, where he has served as president for some 15 years.

ISSUES:

EDUCATION & YOUTH: Neiditch has supported Literacy Partners, an adult education nonprofit in New York City focused on strengthening families through literacy. In 2019, he held a boxing match with former professional boxer Evander Holyfield to benefit autism awareness, hosted the Kingsbridge Heights Community Center (KHCC) fundraiser with artist Jeff Koons, and joined the Montclair Film’s annual fundraiser with Stephen Colbert and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. 

HUMAN SERVICES & HEALTH: Neiditch’s recent philanthropy includes issues of homelessness, domestic violence and abuse and children’s access to medical care. Neiditch also serves as an on-call volunteer EMT for New York City. He’s gone undercover as a homeless person in NYC finding unique individuals to which he offered jobs and apartments to get them off the street permanently. He’s also a supporter of St. Jude’s.

GLOBAL: Neiditch made trips to Africa to connect underserved populations with support and medical care. He is also a longtime contributor of the Clinton Foundation, and has contributed to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, which was initially founded in response after the destructive earthquake in Haiti in 2010, and The Bush Foundation.

LOOKING FORWARD: These days, Neiditch dedicates the bulk of his time to philanthropy. Expect giving to deepen in the coming years.
