PROFILE: Established in the late-1990s, the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation (CTCF) was originally known as the Georgetown Area Community Foundation. It seeks to “bridge donors to nonprofits with effective solutions to meet real community needs in Williamson County.” CTCF was reconfirmed in compliance with National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations by the Council on Foundations in 2014.
