Mike Hanlon graduated with a B.S. in general science from Oregon State University and received his master’s and Ph.D. from University of Washington. He joined Amazon as its seventh employee in 1995. He was later a professor of Global Health at the University of Washington. He went on to co-found Abett, which helps self-insured employers track and reduce healthcare expenditure. Molly has worked as a teacher, in the nonprofit space, and is currently a principal of Hanlon Consulting, which helps non-profit organizations use their data more effectively.
