PROFILE: The Weld Community Foundation (WCF) is a community foundation based in Greeley, Colorado. It has also gone by the name, the Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County. The foundation aims to "strengthen the bonds that make our communities thrive.” WCF funds local efforts for the arts, community needs, education, youth leadership and women and girls.

The Weld Community Foundation provides grants and scholarships to the local community. It awards Arts Alive! Grants to individual artists and arts organizations. Boettcher Fund Capital Grants support community needs, W.D. Farr Endowment Fund Grants fund education and K-12 education projects and Littler Youth Fund Grants support local youth. The Littler Youth Fund Teacher Mini-Grants provides grants of $1,000 to $2,500, and the Norm and Marty Noe Family Leadership Incentive Grants support youth leadership. WCF also has a Nonprofit Endowment Challenge program, the affiliate of the Windsor Community Foundation and a Women’s Fund of Weld County that all award grants as well. Meanwhile, WCF hosts classes once per month for local nonprofits.
