The ADP Foundation works through more than 1,400 initiatives. Much of the foundation’s giving and the company’s giving is centered on local, associate-driven commitments. As part of its corporate giving strategy, ADP’s programs include associate volunteering, building schools, corporate giving, data security education and training, humanitarian efforts, job training and career assistance, local office initiatives, and disaster relief efforts. ADP has a workplace giving program and a matching gift program that matches up to $5,000 per associate per year.

ADP donations vary widely in size based upon the cause involved. However, many grants have ranged between $10,000 and $100,000.
